Cullen brings nearly 30 years of experience in risk management and commercial lending. He has worked for Arbor since 2018, and holds a degree in Economics & Management from Albion College.

He is responsible for overseeing Arbor Financials continuing growth and expansion of the member business lending division and directs the credit union’s commercial lending activities, 包括贷款增长, treasury management activities, and government-guaranteed lending programs.
